Tio Domingo 19 (A condo building that rents the units)

There is a building manager that manages the condos for owners.

At these properties you will need to pay for all utilities which on the average costs $100 USD (MX$1,760,464.30) per month to your rent.

There is a gardener who comes by twice a week to keep the grounds maintained which is a service provided by the management.

Twice a year they fumigate the property.

Renters are required to pay for any maintenance or fix in the unit that costs under $2000 pesos (USD $113.72). This can add up.

The area is very tranquil but dogs bark a lot (yes, its Mexico). A neighbor has two very verbal dogs that bark when anything happens. They were notified but did nothing.

Another dog is put outside at night outside of a large property on the lake and barks all night. Other than those two issues, the neighborhood is very pleasant.

The road getting to the complex is horrible with large rocks. Recently they decided to get rid of some of the rocks and put in dirt, so part of the road is dirt with big rocks. This means that it can get dusty.

The complex does provide parking for up to 3 cars (?)
